The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner submitted representations dated 06.06.2016 and 18.07.2016 for appointment as Government Khaji in Nellore, Nellore District. More than nine years have elapsed since the filing of the Writ Petition. If the Petitioner still seeks appointment as Khaji, the Petitioner is at liberty to submit representation afresh. If the Petitioner submits such a representation, the Respondent Authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate order
