The 5th respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that the detenues and some other persons had been arrested and produced before the Learned I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Adhoni, on 09.11.2024. The police custody of the detenues was also granted by the 2 RRR, J & MRK, J W.P.No.25637 of 2024 Magistrate from 16.11.2024 to 20.11.2024, during which the detenues had confessed to various crimes and there was recovery of 356.7 grams of gold
