The respondents after completing the selection process on the recommendation of the selection committee recruited the petitioner as a Music Teacher on contract basis for a period of one year vide proceedings dated 23.12.2010. 2. The petitioner was appointed on contract basis and it was a renewable every year after three years depending on the requirement and performance.
