The petitioner was engaged as Field Assistant on contract basis. While so, the 1st respondent, relying on the evidence of social audit report, issued a show cause notice dated 11.07.2011 calling upon the petitioner to explain as to why action should not be taken against her for the misappropriation of an 2 amount of Rs.10,470/-.
