The petitioner in the present writ petition seeking a direction to permit him to continue his duties as Doluman (melam service) with the 3rd respondent/temple. It is submitted by the learned counsel that the petitioner passed away on 27.05.2024 during pendency of the writ petition. 2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in pursuance of the directions passed by this Court on 30.06.2022, the petitioner was permitted to continue till he passed away. //2// 3. In so far as the direction to permit the petitioner to continue his service as Doluman cannot be passed by this court on account of his demise. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no orde
