GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in terms of direction of the 1st respondent with respect to the land to an extent of Ac.0.69 cents in Survey No.310/2A of Srikalahasti Revenue Village, as arbitrary and illegal. 2. On 08.12.2009, this Court has passed interim orders directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner with 2 regard to issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and pass appropriate orders as per law within a period of six weeks. 3.
