The respondents have rejected the case of petitioner Nos.2 to 8 for admission into the grant-in-aid post at petitioner No.1 school. 2. The learned Government Pleader for School Education submits that the petitioner No.1 has surrendered the aid and closed down the school, vide proceedings dated 18.12.2020. At the time 2 of closing the school, the services of one School Assistant and five Secondary Grade Teachers, along with other aided staff, were posted to other school
