The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India had been filed seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of habeas corpus for the production of the minor son of the Petitioner-husband. The present petition was disposed of vide judgement dated 11th December, 2024, wherein the Court laid down the interim arrangement with respect to the Petitioner’s visitation rights in the following terms: “21.
