The petitioner herein invokes the extra-ordinary jurisdiction of this Court by instituting the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, by seeking the following reliefs against the respondents herein: “(a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus, any other suitable Writ, an Order, or a Direction, setting aside the impugned demand letter dated 22.11.2019, issued by Respondents.
