THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE V.GOPALA KRISHNA RAO TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No. 399 of 2024 O R D E R: The petitioner/wife herein filed the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking transfer of F.C.O.P.No.453 of 2024 on the file of the learned XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vijayawada, to the concerned Court of the District Judge at Kakinada, East Godavari District. 02. The case of the petitioner in brief is as follows: I. The petitioner is the legally wedded wife of the respondent and the marriage of the petitioner with the respondent was performed on 30.12.2017 at Madinaguda, Hyderabad by Rev. Dr.Bade Krishna Mohan of Lalaguda, Hyderabad, as per the Christian Customs.
