This intra-Court appeal seeks to challenge the judgment dated 20.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the petition filed by the appellant-petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been dismissed which was preferred against orders dated 20.12.2023 and 30.10.2024 passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (hereinafter the National Commission) in Appeal no.A/643/2023 and Review Petition no.1356/2024 respectively.
