Pt. Ram Charitra Mishra Mahavidyalaya Shiksha Sansthan and others, which has been dismissed by means of a judgment/order dated 07.02.2025. 2. Accordingly, this intra court appeal is also dismissed in terms of the judgment/order dated 07.02.2025, passed in Special Appeal No.24 of 2025.
