This appeal is directed against the order dated 26.11.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge in Contempt Application (Civil) No. 7053 of 2024, whereby the contempt petition filed by the petitioner has been dismissed. 2. The petition was filed by the petitioner alleging disobedience of the order dated 24.01.2024 passed in Writ C No. 40074 of 2023, wherein on instructions produced by the respondents, the learned Single Judge came to the conclusion that the disputes raised by the petitioner were questions of fact, which cannot be decided on affidavit evidence and for that reason, no case for statutory proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 was made out and by observing that the appellant may exercise other remedy available under the law, dismissed the application. 3.
