Limited protection has been granted by the writ court to the opposite party for continuing at the place of posting up to 15.05.2025, that too on account of board examinations of her daughter. 3. Having gone through the judgment impugned herein this intra court appeal, we are not convinced that the judgment/order passed by the writ court calls for any interference in exercise of appellate jurisdiction of this court.
