No. 12 of 2023 preferred by the respondents seeking amendment in the writ petition has been allowed. 2. The petition was filed in the year 1997 seeking to question the order dated 02.03.1996 passed by the Registrar and the order dated 09.09.1997 passed by Commissioner, filed as Annexures 1 and 2 to the writ petition.
