This appeal is directed against order dated 3.10.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ - C No. 46352 of 2015 whereby the writ petition filed by the respondent-college against orders dated 22.1.2015 and 27.5.2015 passed by the Controlling Authority, Payment of Gratuity Act has been allowed. 2. The Controlling Authority vide its order dated 22.1.2015, on an application made by the appellant, directed the respondent therein i.e. the College to make payment of gratuity to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/-. The respondent-college filed application seeking recall of the order dated 22.1.2015. The said application came to be rejected by order dated 27.5.2015 inter-alia observing that the respondent has the remedy of filing an appeal and raise all the issue
