After some hearing, Mr. Jatan Singh, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, submits, on instructions from Mr. Avnish Kumar Tyagi, learned counsel for the appellant, and the appellant himself, who is also present in Court, that his client would vacate the suit property situated at C-16/1, Dispensary Road, Near Bhajanpura Thana, Bhajanpura, Delhi-110053, within a period of six months from today and would also pay rent and user charges in respect of the property to the respondent periodically during the said period. 2. The appellant is also directed to file an undertaking to the aforesaid effect, before this Court, within a period of one week from today. 4.
