Allow the present Petition; B. Pass such other and further orders which this Hon’ble court may deem fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the present case.” 2. The petitioner claims that his mother Nazar Ahmed purchased the land admeasuring 1 Bigha 8 Biswas forming part of Khasra no. 57 situated in village Behlolpur, Khader, Mehrauli Tehsil, New Delhi (hereafter the subject land) by virtue of the sale deed dated 17.05.1984.
