This petition has been filed by the petitioner, challenging the Orders dated 26.06.2024 and 07.11.2024, by which the representation of the petitioner for screening from posting on compassionate grounds has not been accepted by the Competent Authorities of the respondents. 3. The petitioner, however, even prior to the completion of the said tenure, was posted out to 2 Sqn Tezpur, Assam.
