Learned counsel appearing on both sides are present. 3. On 22.01.2025, on being represented by learned counsel for the appellants that he had no instructions, this Court ordered notice to the appellants and notice sent to appellant Nos.2, 4 and 5 returned un-served with an endorsement ‘insufficient address’. 4. Despite the best efforts rendered by this Court, notices could not be served on appellants and also it seems that appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter.
