Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant died and the legal representatives of deceased sole appellant are not approaching them to come on record and hence, they could not take steps. 3. In the said facts and circumstances of the case, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
