Learned counsel for the appellant is present. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite their best efforts, they could not contact the appellant. 4. It seems that the appellant has no interest to prosecute the matter and this Court has no other alternative except to dismiss the appeal. 5. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for default.
