This Second Appeal was filed by the appellant/1st defendant under Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C.') against the Judgment and decree, dated 21.02.2002 passed in A.S.No.1 of 1994 on the file of learned Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Nuzvid, confirming the judgment and decree, dated 31.01.1994 passed in O.S.No.129 of 1991 on the file of learned District Munsif Court, Tiruvur. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing in the morning session, no representation on behalf of either side. The matter was subsequently passed over at 2.15 P.M. 3.
