Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the sole appellant died long back and they also addressed a letter seeking instructions but they are not responding. Hence, he reports no instructions. 3. In the said facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the death of the sole appellant, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
