Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that as per the endorsement of the Registry the notice sent to the appellant was served on him on 26.07.2024. But none appeared for the appellant. It seems that the appellant is inclined to prosecute the second appeal. 2. Accordingly, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non- prosecution. No costs.
