A HANUMANTHA REDDY THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING JUDGMENT: The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 29.08.2000, passed in A.S.No.07 of 1997, on the file of the learned Additional District Judge, Hindupur, dismissing the appeal and confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 04.10.1996, passed in O.S.No.16 of 1991, on the file of the leaned Subordinate Judge, Hindupur. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant is present. None appeared for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that as per their instructions appellant died in the year 2017. He further submits that despite his best efforts, he could not get the details of the legal representatives of deceased appellant. 4. In the said facts and circumstances of the c
