Greater Kailash, Delhi for offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). Brief Facts 2. The case of the prosecution as borne out from the status report is that on 16.11.2019, Ms. Shashi Kiran Sharma filed a missing person complaint with P.S. Greater Kailash, Delhi of her brother Sh. Arun Kumar Sharma, aged 64 years.
