The instant writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (now Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023), seeking quashing of the FIR bearing No. 383/2019 registered against the petitioners under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter “IPC”) and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (“DP Act”) at Police Station - Mansarovar Park, Delhi 2. The brief facts of the case, as stated in the petition, are as follows: a. On 6t
