The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties especially opposite party no.3 to ensure the construction of Chakmarg over gata no. 253 area 0.024 hectare and Gata no. 254 area measuring 0.020 hectare recorded in the name of Chakmarg Situated in Village and Post Lakhun, Tehsil - Dhourahra, Police Station Khamariya District Khiri in persuance of letter no. 264 dated 8/01/2025 issued by Tehsildar Tehsil Dhourahra, District Khiri contained as Annexure No. 1 to this Public interest Litigation in the interest of justice." 3.
