Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 or 3 to remove encroachment on pond of khasra no.1137 situated in village Saroorpur Kalan Tehsil and district Baghpat within stipulated period. (ii). Issue a writ, order of direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the application dated 11.12.2024 send by villagers through speed post, within stipulated period." 3. This Court has directed the learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha to obtain instruction in the matter vide order dated 17.01.2025.
