The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs: "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to remove the encroachment of the respondent nos.6 to 11 from the Gata No.46 area 0.320 hectare situated at Paikauli, Pargana Bachauli, Tahsil- Hata, District- Kushinagar. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 25.7.2024 in regards to remove all the illegal / unauthorized possession and encroachment over the Pond
