A perusal of the record indicates that on 02.12.2024, the petitioner made a representation inter alia alleging that by raising of the construction, the beauty of the temple would be affected and therefore, the said Mehta Hospital be restrained from raising construction and on 20.12.2024, the present petition in the nature of public interest has been filed. 3. Going through the averments in the petition and the representation made, besides the fact that Mehta Hospital, a necessary party, has not been impleaded, we do not find any public interest involved in the matter.
