The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent nos.2 to 4 to take appropriate action against the respondent no.6 and further vacate the public utility land from the possession of the respondent no.6. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 19.12.2024 given by the petitioner." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the order dated 27.2.1986 passed under Section 122-B of the U.P. Z.A. & L. R. Act, the order has not been given effect on the spot. He submitted that the order dated 27.2.1
