The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.1.2025 and to remove the encroachment made by the respondent nos. 5 to 9 from the Gata No. 461 area 0.2890 hectare situated in Village Pipraha Duliyavar, Tehsil Sagari, District Azamgarh which is recorded as pond as per the revenue record, so that public land may be opened in public interest.
