The instant public interest litigation has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to 5 to remove the illegal encroachment made by respondent nos. 6 and 7 upon the arazi No. 185 area 0.03330 hectare and arazi No. 147Ka area 0.239 hectare situated at Village Andeura, Tappa Rudhauli, Pargana Maghar Paschim Tehsil Rudhauli, District Basti in compliance of order dated 18.9.2023 and 6.3.2024. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authority to restrain the private respondents to make any illegal construction upon the arazi No. 185 area 0.
