The present petition styled as a public interest litigation has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself to be a social worker and RTI Activist. It is alleged that on his complaint, the District Magistrate vide order dated 29.08.2024 constituted a three member committee to enquire into the quality of work and its progress in relation to beautification of a pond near Kidari Fathak, District Mahoba and the said committee was required to submit the report within three days. The petitioner received a notice from the said committee on 04.11.2024 for submitting evidence in support of the complaint. The petitioner has asserted that he has filed an affidavit and other evidence in support of the complaint. However, no action has been taken in the matter so far. 2. Learned Standing Counsel app
