The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i, issue a writ, order or direction into the nature of mandamus by directing the respondent no.3 to take action against the respondent nos.5 & 6 by removing illegal encroachment from Arazi No.91 Ka area 0.793 hectare, which is recorded in Khatauni as road (rasta). ii. issue a writ order or direction into the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos.5 & 6 that they will vacate the Arazi No.91 Ka area 0.793 hectare ,which was allotted for road (rasta), to meet the ends of justice." 3.
