This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to conduct an enquiry against the Gram Pradhan and the Secretary regarding embezzlement of public money by them. 2. The basis of the petition is three complaints made by the petitioner on 18.09.2024, 06.10.2024 and 05.11.2024 sent by post to the respondents. 3. A perusal of the three complaints reveals that general allegations of wrongdoings have been made and prayer has been made to seek documents so as to point out the wrongdoings during the period starting from 2021-22. 4. The nature of vague allegations made in the petition and seeking documents, essentially is in a nature of fishing enquiry, which attempt on part of the petitioner cannot be countenanced.
