This writ petition has been filed purportedly in the public interest seeking conduct of enquiry against respondent no. 3 in relation to the irregularities in MGNREGA Scheme in accordance with law. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that wholly causal and cursory complaints have been made by the petitioner. Further the respondent-State has issued Uttar Pradesh Employment Guarantee Grievance Redressal Mechanism Rules, 2009. Under the said Rules, mechanism has been provided for raising grievance pertaining to the work and conduct under the MGNREGA Scheme. 3. The petitioner, in case, has any genuine grievance, may take recourse to the said Rules and raise grievance in accordance with law. 4. With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of.
