Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent nos.2 to 4 to remove illegal encroachment over pasture land (charagah), situated on khasra no.231, area 0.3040 hect., situated at village Gopalapur, Paragana Mungra, Tehsil Machhalishahar, District Jaunpur." 3.
