Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.117 of 2022 (Computerized Case No.T202217140201902 (State vs. Barkhullah and Others), under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to remove the illegal encroachment of the respondent no.4 over the gaon sabha land, i.e. ,gata no.329, area 0.0770 hect. which is public utility land situate
