This petition has been filed purportedly in public interest seeking to question the validity of order dated 8.01.2025 passed by the Consolidation Commissioner. 2. A perusal of the order impugned indicates that the order has been passed at the instance of the petitioner, who earlier filed Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No.2142 of 2024, wherein direction was given to move the Consolidation Commissioner with all the grievances. 3. Once the order dated 8.01.2025 has been passed at the instance of the petitioner, the filing of the public interest litigation for questioning the said order cannot be countenanced. 4.
