The instant writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing respondent nos. 2 & 3 to ensure for removing of illegal encroachment from the arazi no.1036, area .013 hect. situated in the Village Rampur, Tehsil Mau, District Chitrakoot from the unauthorized occupant - respondent no.5 within stipulated period which is given in sub rule 6 of the Rule-67 of the Revenue Code which is recorded as 'Naveen Parti' in the revenue records." 3.
