Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the District Magistrate, District Jalaun/respondent No.2 to dispossessed the respondent No.5 from the part of Gata No.408 (Khalihan) situated at Village-Air Tehsil-Urai, District- Jalaun in compliance of judgment and order dated 29.06.2017 passed by Assistant Collector (first class)/Tehsildar Tehsil Urai, District-Jalaun/respondent No.3. within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the order dated 29.06.2017 passed in the proceeding under Section 122-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act/
