Cantt., District Varanasi. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioner is alleging that the transfers made on 08.10.1964, 25.06.2019, 24.12.2019 and 04.01.2024 are void and fabricated documents. The plea raised is disputed questions of facts, which cannot be determined under Article 226 of Constitution of India and that also in a petition, which is purportedly in public interest. 3.
