This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, purportedly in public interest, seeking a direction to respondents to remove the encroachment. 2. Submissions have been made that petitioner's neighbor has made some encroachment over the sanitary line and despite repeated complaints made by the petitioner, Nagar Nigam has not removed the encroachment. 3. Having considered the submissions made and the nature of the complaints, which have been made, it is apparent that there is an inter-se dispute between the petitioner and her neighbor and filing of the public interest litigation for the said purpose, wherein factual aspects would be required to be determined by the Court, cannot be countenanced. 4. Consequently, the petition is di
