This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to get vacated the land of Waqf Board comprised in Gata No. 107. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner has approached this Court in relation to land belonging to the Waqf Board. 3. Filing of the petition for land claimed to be that of the Waqf Board cannot be countenanced as the Waqf Board itself is competent and even the petitioner can also approach the Waqf Board for the relief as claimed in the petition. 4. Consequently, the petition, filed in the nature of PIL, is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
