This petition has been filed seeing a direction to the respondents for removal of purported illegal encroachments of respondent No. 5 and other persons over the public utility land bearing Khasra Nos. 123, 129 and 131 along with Khasra No. 125 and 122. 2. Submissions have been made that the land is recorded as a banjar and vests with the respondents, however, constructions have been raised by several persons over the land in question and therefore, the respondents be directed to remove the constructions. Submissions have also been made that the respondent No. 5, after making complaints by the petitioner, had lodged FIR against the petitioner. 3.
