Submissions have been made that though the inquiry has been initiated on 11.11.2024, nothing has happened since initiation of the inquiry and therefore, the respondents be directed to conclude the inquiry and take action against the wrong doers. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that inquiry was initiated on 11.11.2024 by issuing show cause notice and 30 days' time was given to file response. 4.
