The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.6 to 10 from the land Gata No. 503 area 0.3799 Hectare and Gata No. 641 area 0.2530 Hectare situated at Village- Pecharua, Pargana-Subeha, Tehsil-Haidergarh, District-Barabanki and record the said land in the name of Talab in the revenue records, in the interest of justice."
